The SharperDrills™ DGS-18 has all the features of our standard drill sharpener: Easy to use, all metal design, reliable, quick and accurate for repeatable results. The DGS-18 drill sharpener lets you sharpen Nachi SG-ESS drill points. Nachi supplies this drill point on hi-performance stub length drills. The SG-ESS advanced point features improved drill centering capability and increased overall drill performance, lowering power requirement improving chip extraction. The drill point geometry has a point angle of 135 degrees, 2 rakes and a split point. The DSG-18 has three grinding ports to grind this type of drill point at drills diameters up to 13mm or 1/2inch. Using our patented design with precision collets for best drill alignment, you can be a NACHI SG-ESS point sharpening expert with a few minutes of instruction. The SharperDrills™ GS-18 is a heavy-duty rock solid, tool grinder, capable of sharpening all day, every day with minimal cleaning and maintenance. The hand-carrying design with an invisible toolbox for the tool collets helps you to keep you workspace organized.
